Law Offices of J.M. Reinan Files Racketeering Lawsuits Against Clear View Behavioral Health Center
The Law Offices of J.M. Reinan recently filed two lawsuits against Clear View Behavioral Health. The claims include racketeering, fraud, negligence, false imprisonment and outrageous conduct.
The suits claim that Clear View unlawfully certified and kept involuntary mental health patients without proper assessments, without proper care, without physician oversight and against the wishes and demands of the patients and their families.
One of the reasons for filing the suits is to allow the court system to hold Clear View accountable for violating mental health patients’ rights.
